BT110 - RESIDUAL EMISSIONS ALALYSIS

Westminster City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to identify options to address the council's forecasted residual emissions and enable WCC to achieve its Net Zero commitment by 2030, closely aligning to the SBTi framework . At present, it is understood that Local Authorities sit outside of scope for official SBTi targets- despite this, we wish to align to an SBTi target as closely as meaningfully possible, with suggestions on more actionable or appropriate reporting standards welcome from the appointed consultant.
