To provide an adult carers service within South Tyneside\. The Service will be outcome focussed andpersonalised to promote choice, control and independence, tailoring solutions to Carers specific needs as faras possible\. It will deliver a wide range of local support services to meet the needs of carers in the community,aimed at preventing increased needs for support and care\.
