## Description

North Wales Police seek to require the services of building contractors to carrying out construction work valued between £50,000 and £300,000 on the North Wales Police & North Wales Fire & Rescue Services Estate\. This will be in the form of a framework agreement and will be awarded to a multiple number of contractors and in turn we will conduct mini-competitions or direct awards for specific projects that arise through the length of the contract\. Envisaged yearly annual expenditure split across specific job approximately £750,000\. The contract is likely to commence around the 11th of May 2023 and will run for a period of 2 year with the option to extend by a further 3 years in 12 monthly periods\.
