TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CENTURY HOUSE REFURBISHMENT

Description

The University of West London has recently purchased two new buildings namely Cavendish House a 6-storey building and Century House a 5-storey building where the works are to take place. Century House and Cavendish House are located on the Uxbridge Road in Ealing on the main high street and are interlinked at the top floors of each building. The works are to take place to Century House (all floors LG to 3rd floor) and the interlinked 4th floor of Cavendish House only. The refurbishment is a full internal strip out (with the exception of the existing raised floor) of these previous office buildings and to refurbish and re-fit the interior to provide specialist teaching and classroom spaces and staff offices.
