## Description

Wigan Council is seeking tenders for the provision of insurance and associated claims handling provisions \(but excluding broking services\)\. This is for a Material Damage Package \(Computers, All Risks, Money, Business Interruption\)\. This Insurance is being procured competitively and in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 via a Further Competition from the YPO Insurance Placement DPS Ref\. No: 000978\. Marsh Ltd are Wigan Council's appointed broker\. The contract will run for an initial period of two years from 1st May 2023 and may be extended for a further period of up to two years\.
