Provision of Project Tracking Database Services for Major Construction Frameworks
Hampshire County Council (HCC) requires a commercial off-the shelf (COTS) , externally hosted software system as a service product built for the construction industry. The database is required to host data relating to two separate construction industry frameworks. The solution should share a system architecture, but each instance should be able to be tailored to the needs of each department. The solution is required to be fully implemented, tested and fully deployed by August 2019.
The database should include the following features:
• cloud hosted • accessible via a browser-based secure log-in page to authorised users within, and outside of, HCC • able to offer varying levels of access to the data depending on the user type (administrator, user, viewer) • able to carry out calculations to enable performance tracking and reporting • meet the security and architectural fit requirements of Hampshire County Council
