## Description

Post Office require a managed service provider to support the new IDAM solution when it goes live, working collaboratively with Post Office's internal support teams and ForgeRock's support function as required\. This support will include ongoing operation and maintenance of the service to ensure suitable service levels are maintained, including incident and problem management, as well as proactive maintenance\.
