Work description
The Council originally purchased Unit4 Business World software in 2010. The Council does not require a new financial software system, just support maintenance and updates to the existing system. Therefore the Council is awarding a 12 month contract to Unit4 under Regulation 32.2.b.ii (where competition is absent for technical reasons)
