## Description

The works predominantly comprise redecoration throughout and replacement of floor finishes in specific areas\. The works are confined to ‘B,’ and ‘E’ blocks of Schafer House and Prankerd House, the works are spread across ground, mezzanine, first and second in Schafer and third floor only at Prankerd House which forms a part of UCL’s annual Summer Works programme\.
