Concession Agreement - Provision of Catering Services to Blackfriars (Gloucester) The Authority is looking for a broad range of caterers to include (but not limited to): Lot 1 Formal Dining (commonly known as sit down, table service, three course meal) Lot 2 Worldwide cuisine - including but not limited to Asian, Caribbean, European Lot 3 Street food, for example pizza, chips.
