The scope of works comprises the construction of a new Pathology building together with stores, external works and drainage\. The new building construction is to be concrete foundations for a structural steel frame with PCC floors\. The external elevations comprise facing or engineering brickwork, with trespa and aluminum sheet cladding\. There are extensive M & E and lift installations within the building, and a Stores building with all drainage and external works externally
