Hastings Borough Council is issuing this Invitation to Tender as a Further Competition under Lot 2 - Playground Equipment - Larger Authority/Large Projects of ESPO Framework 115_21. Hastings & St Leonards Foreshore Charitable Trust is seeking to contract for the design, supply, and installation of new play equipment at the existing Pelham Beach Children Playground site. The playground is located on Hastings seafront and is one of the most popular playgrounds within the town. Enhancing the playground with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility is a priority for this project. This is an invitation to tender for a comprehensive proposal that includes an overall proposed plan for new equipment with a comprehensive overview of site preparation and equipment installation. Suppliers are expected to assess the current site condition, undertake suitable groundworks and equipment replacements, and depict the process for construction and completion.
