Proposals are sought from experienced, credible and reputable provider(s) in the field of Talent Management and senior leader development to design and deliver; the 12-month aspirant director development component of the Hertfordshire and West Essex ICS highly regarded Accelerated Director Development Scheme (ADDS) for high potential leaders, assessed as being ready for an Executive Director role within 9-24 months.
