The Contractor will undertake a research project entitled Real-time Assessment of Community Transmission (REACT 1) - Antigen testing dated 29th May 2020; and REal-time Assessment of Community Transmission 2 (REACT 2):

Reg. 14 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) subjects certain R&D services to its Part 2 public procurement rules if the benefits of the R&D services accrue exclusively to the contracting authority for its use in the conduct of its own affairs, and the service provided is wholly remunerated by the contracting authority
