GB-Manchester: ACE 627 ITT Private Investment in Culture 2025

Description

After a period of significant change and challenge to sector income levels, across both public and private funding, Arts Council England is seeking a research partner to measure the current levels of investment, beyond that provided through public funding (ie: contributed, earned and any other investment income) in the creative and cultural sector in England. The period under investigation is the three years from 2022-2025, that is the financial years: 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24 alongside an investigation into current practices in generating income beyond the public sector. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
