ITT_128495 / 6 - 2 x Phase Comparators

The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) requirement is for two multi-channel radiofrequency (RF) phase comparators suitable for comparing hydrogen maser derived 10 MHz signals for all averaging times. The first is for the determination of any uncertainty introduced by time and frequency transfer over several coaxial cables and optical fibre links. While the second is for comparisons between state-of-the-art optically steered time scales against the UK time scale UTC (NPL) and several other H-maser signals.

The phase comparators need to be able to measure multiple RF signals simultaneously without introducing significant phase instability into the measurement.
