Above ground drainage replacement. Refurbishment to all ground floor office areas, communal areas and caretakers room to include for renewal of kitchens and toilets, decoration and new flooring throughout.

External works to include for roof renewal, localised brickwork repairs and brick tie remedial works , decorations, replacement to all timber doorsets/timber panelling and repairs to hardstanding areas.
