## Description

The NBC Programme requires a Cost Manager and Cost Assurance Partner to provide services to the Programme, to control cost on key projects, such as PR29 \(Animal Lab\) and PR30 \(Science Hub\), as well as provide Cost Assurance and advice at a programme level, that assures overall programme costs and supports programme business case and spending reviews\. There is an option to extend the services to cover outstanding activity until 31st December 2027
