## Description

Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for Rail Transformation\. The call-off contract shall commence on the 8th August 2022 and the expiry date will be 7th November 2022 for a period of three months\. This is for a time-limited piece of work so the work is expected to conclude within this contracted period\. The total contract value will be up to £40,000 excluding VAT\. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6183 Trade Law Panel and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply\. - The contract term has been extended and the new contract expiry date is the 31st December 2022\. - This extension has been permitted to allow for all outstanding invoices to be processed for payment\.
