Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for Rail Transformation. The call-off contract shall commence on the 8th August 2022 and the expiry date will be 7th November 2022 for a period of three months. This is for a time-limited piece of work so the work is expected to conclude within this contracted period. The total contract value will be up to £40,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6183 Trade Law Panel and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply.
