The works comprise of the supply and installation of pumps, tanks, water supplies, automatic alarm, pipe-work and sprinkler heads to all flats and communal areas within the hostels all associated builders work and electrics as described later within the specification\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
