## Description

The primary objective of this project is for the Supplier to support the East Midlands Combined County Authority \(EMCCA\) in making environmental planning investment decisions in the Trent Arc spatial vision by providing a 360 strategic assessment of key sites in the growth corridor\. The review will require the supplier to provide advice on enhancing transport connectivity, developing essential infrastructure, creating affordable housing, achieving Net Zero goals, and stimulating economic growth\.
