DP0164 The Provision of Planned, Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance of Automated Gates,Barriers, Doors and Roller Shutters 24/7/365 (6)

The Lead Contacting Body wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the Provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance of Automated Gates, Barriers, Doors and Roller Shutters 24/7/365 (6). The contract would be for a fixed price 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months subject to satisfactory performance by the provider for Derbyshire Police, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and Derbyshire Police and Fire Limited Liability Partnership LLP (DPFP); and mutual agreement with the provider of services. Please note Derbyshire Police and Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Services will have its own contract with the provider, and the organisations Terms & Conditions and Data Handling Schedules are attached for review by bidders. Current site lists are attached but the volume of work may increase or decrease over the life of the contract, no level of work or value of work is guaranteed.
