Work description
One case management system for Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Protection Notices / Community Protection Warnings (CPN) and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) issued. The systems must be web based and cloud hosted and allow access across a diverse partnership of agencies and public bodies, including North East Lincolnshire council, Police, Social Housing and other potential agencies.
