Work description
The purpose of the evaluation will be to understand whether a Job Rotation (JR) model, applied to the West Midlands area, is effective in supporting employers to upskill their workforce and /or to provide Universal Credit (UC) claimants with valuable work experience that improves their employment outcomes.
