## Description

It is recommended that the council enter into an interim call-off contract with Oncall Language Services via the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation \(ESPO\) Language Services\. This framework agreement will deliver continuity in service provision at a considerably lower price than the current off-contract arrangements
