Interpretation and Translation Services

Description

A Call-Off Contracts by way of a mini competition for the provision of a fully managed Interpretation and Translation Service to facilitate the needs of our residents and Council employees from Lot 6 of the NHS Shared Business Service Framework; Interpretation & Translation Services (ITS) Reference: SBS/21/NL/ZWV/10127. The service will include Face-to-face, Telephone and Video Interpretation for both speaking and non-speaking languages, as well as Translation and Transcription services. Period of contract: 3 years from 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2027 with an option to extend for 2 years up to 31/03/2029.
