## Description

The purpose of this procurement is to identify and award to a contractor to provide a workspace and interior design and fit-out service for office sites\. For each site the successful contractor will develop a design that addresses indicated Bromford's stated design and user outcomes, and then if acceptable deliver the works under JCT D&B contract according to the agreed programme\.
