Green Park Hotel Multi-disciplinary Team

Liverpool City Council are seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Team who will support in the redevelopment of Green Park Hotel.

The multi-Disciplinary team will produce and oversee scope of works, drawings, contract administration, cost management, site inspection and specification.

The following disciplines are required as part of this appointment:

Architect (Inc production of CAD drawings) Structural/Civil Engineer Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineers Quantity Surveying & Cost management Principal Designer Site Inspector Building Surveyor Project Management Specialist Consultants Fire Consultant Acoustic Consultant (inc. Noise Survey)
