## Description

We require a supplier to provide the SIA are currently inviting established barristers' chambers for an inquest/prosecution contract with our organisation\. We hold a number of private criminal inquests and prosecutions in the Magistrates' Courts and Crown Court, including complex Proceeds of Crime Act proceedings each year\. The main services to be delivered are: 1\. Inquests \(England and Wales\) 2\. Judicial Review claims arising from inquests \(England and Wales\)
