Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition of 63 Affordable Dwellings at Babraham Road, Sawston

Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition for the works and purchase of section 106 planning obligation (40%) of affordable housing comprising of 44 rented and 19 shared ownership (adding up to 63 affordable homes) at Babraham Road, Sawston. The developer has the sole rights to develop this land. SCDC has assessed that this will provide SCDC with the best consideration. The award is subject to successful planning permission being granted.
