The Council is seeking expressions of interest in respect of the internal remodelling and refurbishment of Dovedale Sports Centre located at Vicarage Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 9BP. This process is subject to a geographical reservation under PPN 11/20 Reserving Below Threshold Contracts to the Essex region. Please do not apply if you are not located in the Essex Region
