Invitation to Tender for the University Centre Palatine Building Mechanical and Electrical Replacement Project

Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking to appoint a single supplier, to deliver its requirement and ensure the service meets the contractual requirements of the agreement. It is the intention to award this tender under a JCT Intermediate Works Contract. Blackpool and The Fylde College is inviting bids under an open procedure. This opportunity based on its value has been published on the Contract Finder portal and to a list of appropriate suppliers The Palatine Building is an integral part of the Blackpool and The Fylde College's University Centre and its Higher Education specialising in the Creative Arts. To maintain the University Centre at the cutting edge of modern education B&FC have commissioned the full replacement full replacement of the electrical distribution system with associated builder works and upgrading of water services to the Palatine Building at the Blackpool and The Fylde, University Centre.
