Cambridge City Council - Housekeeping and Building Cleaning for Void Properties

Cambridge City Council (The Authority) is currently out to tender for building cleaning, void cleans and housekeeping services.\r The Authority is looking for one supplier for each lot. Potential suppliers can bid on one lot or both lots.\r TUPE will apply to this contract (lot 1 only) see additional sheet for details. Ensure that TUPE is considered when pricing.\r The contract will be split into 2 lots, \r Lot 1 - Emergency &Temporary Housing Stock\r Lot 2 - General Void Properties\r This contract is specifically excluded from the Council's main cleaning contract due to the nature of the work, the customer group, and the short timescales in which cleans need to be completed by. This prevents the contract from being aligned with commercial cleans.\r
