Action Learning Collaboratives - Maternal Safety; and Falls and Frailty

Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) requires support to develop Action Learning Collaboratives for Maternal Safety; and Frailty and Falls.

The Action Learning Collaboratives will be co-developed and co-delivered with York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, and North Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust.
