## Description

The Trust has a requirement to appoint a supplier to provide a design team for the Interventional Radiology \(IR\) Suite Refurbishment\. This capability is not held within the Trust\. The new contract will provide a professional Design Service to Essentia for RIBA Stages 0-6\. Services will include architectural, CDM, civil and structural engineering, and mechanical and electrical services\. This was subject to a mini-competition through the CCS framework "Construction Professional Services" under Lot 1: Built Environment\.
