## Description

An external Delivery Partner to sit alongside the internal team to support timelines and ensure all governance requirements are met and to also support the change in business processes and training/on boarding support\. The Delivery Partner will be required to fill capability gaps and augment the existing Cluster Programme team to assist detailed design of specific solutions, whilst also delivering related products\. The complexity and multi-faceted nature of this work combined with the 3 departments in multiple start-states means that a single provider alongside the core-programme team significantly reduces the number of delivery risks\.
