The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames \(RBK\) has commissioned a consultancy partner to lead on the review of Controlled Parking Zones \(CPZs\) within the Borough\. The scope of this commission is to undertake a comprehensive review of CPZs and potentially two further phases including some additional review tasks and coordinating the implementation of changes\.
