## Description

Region of Learning is a place-based mission aiming to recognise and connect all types of learning, skills and attributes outside of formal education to improve outcomes for people and the places they live in\. Part of the RSA's Cities of Learning movement, Region of Learning now boasts successful partnerships with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority, City & Guilds, Badge Nation and Cambridge-based careers provider, Form the Future\. As the Region of Learning project delivers and monitors outputs for current funding stakeholders through 2024, Cambridge City Council are seeking an experienced and strategic contractor to review this place-based innovation project, its current provision, and to make recommendations to build on its success moving the project beyond its current provision framework of March 2025\.
