Merton Libraries Self-Service Replacement Project - Soft market testing

The London Borough of Merton ("the Authority") is seeking to undertake a procurement exercise to address the imminent conclusion of our existing contract. This project aims to procure replacement technology as the existing technology draws towards its end of life. The Authority would like to discuss the provision of Self-Service Replacement technology.
