Video Consultation Software Solutions for General Practice

Description

NHS Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG and NHS Portsmouth CCG sought a solution to allow Health or Care Professionals to conduct secure live remote video consultations with individuals or groups of Patients/Service Users/Proxies. The aim was to ensure that Patients can receive support relating to healthcare concerns when a Video Consultation is most appropriate. The process was undertaken as a "Further Competition Off Catalogue" via the NHS Digital - Digital First Online Consultation and Video Consultation (DFOCVC) framework. The Service Commencement Date shall be 1st July 2022, and the contract will continue in force for 2 years, with an optional 12 month extension period, from the specified Service Commencement Date. The agreement will be governed by the DFOCVC Framework Call Off Terms.
