## Description

The Woolwich Leisure Centre Scheme includes an energy centre, located in the new leisure centre building but serving both the leisure centre and the residential element of the WLC Scheme\. As part of the delivery of this facility, it has been necessary to appoint a Heat Network Quality Assurance Guardian to ensure that the energy centre meets the required quality assurance standards for construction and connection\.
