## Description

YHG have entered into a contract with Maintel Europe Limited for the provision of a Call Handling Software Platform for Contact Centres via the Crown Commercial Services \(CCS\) Framework Agreement RM1045 Network Services Lot 10\. The contract relates to call handling software, licencing and support, upgrade and expansion, service design manager and consultation\. In line with Framework Call Off procedures this notice is being published for information only\.
