Work description
IonOptix cardiomyocyte fluo-3 calcium and contractility acquisition system. This system is based on an Olympus IX73 inverted fluorescence microscope with a MyoCam-S3 fast CMOS video system. This system was named on the recently awarded MRC Programme Grant (MR/W016176/1).
