## Description

The project is located at 177 High Street West and 1-2 Villiers Street within the center of the City of Sunderland\. The proposals are for the restoration and refurbishment of The Tyre Shop, originally two separate brick and stone buildings, built in the early 1800's\. The refurbishment will create a ground floor retail unit, alongside a ground floor welcome space associated with the new first and second floor Quaker Meeting Rooms and office spaces\. Full upgrade of the building services, including new ASHP's and PV panels also form part of the scheme
