## Description

Brunel University London intends to procure a contract for the provision of architectural consultancy and design services in connection with the design and build of a new learning teaching centre \("LTC"\) on its University campus in Uxbridge\. The LTC will be a new state of the art facility for learning and teaching which will be situated and create a new "Student Heart" at the centre of the Campus\. The Services which will be required in the Appointment include: • architectural and related services; • lead consultant services; • principal designer services as defined in the Construction \(Design and Management\) Regulations 2015\.
