GB-London: Understanding the drivers of high-cost placements for children in care

Description

We are seeking a provider to work with a range of councils to understand the drivers of cost for high-cost placements. This work should also consider issues around quality, with the findings to be used by the LGA and government to identify solutions to ensure the best use of public funds to improve the lives of children in care. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
