Karbon Homes - Electrical Installation Condition Reports to Communal, Commercial and Domestic Buildings

Karbon Homes wish to appoint a Contractor to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and any repairs works arising as a consequence of the testing and re-testing to Offices, commercial properties and communal areas of blocks.

The appointed Contractor will be required to work closely with Karbon's Compliance Team to complete the works in line with the desired programme. The Contract is for two years with the option to extend for a further three years.

Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
