## Description

The objective of this contract is to appoint a Contractor to provide Early Supplier Engagement Services \(ESE\) to various projects and studies across the Warwickshire & Avon Catchment Based Group\. The role of the ESE Contractor is to provide advice relating to construction costing and option buildability\.
