Ofgem 2022-171 Digital Solution for the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS)

This contract is for a co-sourcing supplier to work with Ofgem to develop and deliver a digital solution to administer the ECO Plus scheme / GBIS. Digital development will adhere to GDS standards and follow the project stages of Discovery, Alpha, Private Beta and Beta. It is expected the supplier will join during the Alpha stage and will ramp up resources as the delivery progresses to the BETA stage
